In one of the pictures the company tweeted, we saw a picture of PCTL’s Oil & Gas consultant, David L Holcomb. He was also mentioned on the conference call last fall. On the call, Gary mentioned that they are working closely with a consultant who they have known for many years. He is helping PCTL with the process of using fluids in the oil industry. This is a pretty big development and they are working with a top notch expert. Here is some of my research on him, I shared it last fall and am repoosting it now-
