Both the SEC and the DOJ have active, ongoing filings against Foley. The DOJ led and the Grand Jury delivered an indictment on matters pertaining to NTGL. You and everyone else knows that NTGL was a small part of the fraud - Foley's machinations with NTEK are the bigger fish, so expect a separate indictment to follow.
Bottom line is this: anyone holding out hope that both the SEC and DOJ actions against Foley will fizzle away without impact are fooling themselves.
Foley was and is the only one propping up these two meaningless shells, and when he goes down, they both go down - that is if the tickers aren't revoked first - which I'd count on sooner rather than later.
With both tickers, people really have to come to grips with the fact that getting something/anything back in terms of fractional pennies on the dollar if you will is a much better reality than revoked entities when shareholder's get left holding completely worthless shares.
This is truly a case of sell the open and move on before the bus hits you full on.
Foley is dreaming with his ridiculous motions at this point - he's got two three letter agencies breathing down his neck. Jail time and massive fines are coming - just a matter of time.
