Is there any reason to suspect that all subjects won't have high RO / CCR antagonism with LL given at 700 mg?
My expectation is that leronlimab will go and bind to CCR5 wherever it may be, and there will be very little / no variation between subjects in CCR5 RO.

Figure 2 E and 2 E (another typo / mistake in that figure, sigh).
All 10 get to 100% RO at day 14. All are 80% at day 7 (2D) with a few stragglers (2E).
What would explain why LL blocks some subjects' CCR5 but not others'?
Are you saying if not 100% RO at day 14, then give another dose at day 21?
