Hi Calstang - The original post from "time" i

The original post from "time" is horribly inaccurate, so the conclusions that are drawn are also inaccurate.
The key inaccuracy is that Fife is taking shares "that can only be converted and sold when the price hits $10." (And, therefore he must think the price is going way above $10).
CYDY is registering shares, as required. But, Fife is not converting as of yet. When he does convert, they have been doing it in "partitions." The last was at $3.40 per share for $7.5 million. Another should be happening soon, as CYDY needs to repay this amount each month.
I have been posting what I believe to be an accurate analysis of the Fife transactions in the other board under my name of RTBhub.
I'm long and bullish, and also believe that accurate information is kind of important.
