Why should anyone be worried? That's easy. Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it, and since management hasn't changed, their current history is to over-promise and under-deliver. That's just a fact.
Yes, it is good that the trial wasn't modified, but most of us will believe the good news once we actually read it in a press release (which will hopefully be written by someone with more than a 9th grade education).
