I had a routine appointment with my endocrinologist earlier this week. I asked him if I got Covid, would he be willing to prescribe Ivermectin. He said their internists are handling Covid but he had recently read an article advising against using Ivermectin for Covid.
The FLCCC issued a PR yesterday noting that the NIH has just changed their recommendation about Ivermectin. Perhaps doctors would be more willing to prescribe Ivermectin after reading this. FLCCC is Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance. They are the group who issued the I-MASK+ protocol.
Their PR is at this link. Excerpts are pasted below.

The NIH has upgraded their recommendation on ivermectin, making it an option for use in COVID-19. This new designation upgraded the status of ivermectin from “against” to “neither for nor against”, which is the same recommendation given to monoclonal antibodies and convalescent plasma,
both widely used across the nation.
By no longer recommending against ivermectin use, doctors should feel more open in prescribing ivermectin as another therapeutic option for the treatment of COVID-19. This may clear its path towards FDA emergency use approval.
