As we wait for approval of LL for S/C and EUA, can

As far as we can tell, now or for the foreseeable future, there is nothing that will fight Sars2 better than Leronlimab, not in the S/C stage, not in Mild to Moderate, not at first detection of infection and even before infection. Why? Because nothing else resets our immune system to homeostasis. At that point, you are potentially as healthy as you are ever going to get.
If you have comorbidities, your immune system will work on those. If you are relatively without comorbidities, your immune system is ready to fully respond to any insults. We don't know how long homeostasis lasts for sure but evolution has probably tried to maintain this condition naturally.
It will last at least until it is challenged in a major way. How your body is left after a major battle with an infection or injury will impact your ability to respond to the next insult. What components of your immune system are over or under expressed?
Sars2 is not the only morbidity that can leave you with problems in the "long haul." This, I believe, is what explains the surprising illness in seemingly random younger people and the expected illness in older people with "experienced" immune systems. Your individual medical history is what determines how you will cope with Sars2 or other medical insults.
This suggests to me that anytime a person has a serious illness, their immune system should be "tuned up." How do you do that? With a dose of Leronlimab!
Can you see where I am going with this?
Let's work backwards, shall we? If you are S/C, what should you get? LL! If you are Moderate to Mild, what should you get? LL! If you have just tested positive for Sars2, what should you get? LL! If you have not yet been infected with LL, what should you get? LL! What if you have just been ill or injured, what should you get? LL!
There is no better health-state to be in than with a topped-up immune system! That is the point!
Gottlieb and the CEO of Moderna are now putting out the word that we may never be rid of Sars2. What does that mean? It means the virus will be out there in our environment like the common cold, mutating and infecting us potentially over and over again.
What will be the result of that? WITHOUT LERONLIMAB, deaths certainly, and a whole lot of messed-up people. Only the uninfected can expect to live healthy lives. Those who get infected and don't die but progress to the point of lung damage and microclots will live compromised lives. Even with LL, this damage can not be repaired. The long hauler studies will show what level of health and "normalcy" can be restored.
Those who are uninfected, especially as they grow older, are just waiting their turn! Those who were asymptomatic the first time they are infected likely will not be so lucky the second time. These are the potentially "messed-up" people. LIVING WITH THIS VIRUS WILL BE HELL!
What about social normalcy? Will we ever be able to take off our masks, ever be able to hug again, ever eat in restaurants again, ever have large family gatherings again? Probably not unless we defeat this virus.
How have viruses been defeated in the past? Viruses vary in communicability. Sars2 is one of the worst and may prove to be the worst. Viruses can disappear if they can no longer find hosts. Some that fail to find human host can find refuge in animal populations and infect humans again, like with Ebola.
The worst viruses may disappear after they have killed off too many their hosts, human and animal, to keep going. Hosts may be whittled down until some develop some sort of immunity like with those who have the CCR5 delta32 gene.
Going forward, modern medicine will work on drugs with different Mechanisms of Action that may do the virus in or some solution involving genetic engineering.
But for now, Leronlimab will soon prove itself to be the tallest tree in the forest. Vaccines have yet to prove they have staying power and they do not restore the immune system. Leronlimab is not a band-aid fix. It can fix many, many other health problems, too.
So the saddest part of Leronlimab's story going forward is that the quantities needed by the world will not be produced for a long time. That is the top priority for getting out of Pandemic Hell!
