Truebreed, you are welcome.  I personally do not believe there is a case to be made against William.  I have read and re-read all his press releases, and cannot find anything solid to catch him on.  I don't know for certain what is going on with the concessions, but suspect the worse.  Unfortunately, the reporting requirements for Chile are not the same as for the United States, so good luck with finding out any real information about what happened to them.  Besides, we do not know the terms William negotiated with the concession owners, so if he lost them for lack of production, how would we know?  The ten and twenty year bull shit stated by some on IFlub makes no sense to me at all.  Why would concession owners who held these leases for so many years sign their concessions over to William without a firm commitment for production?  My God, the concession owners could have signed these leases over to anyone --- so what did William promise them that he could not deliver on?   We may never know.

I have stated my concerns, and I posted some of my e-mails and phone calls from William on both the MMTE and TTXP boards.  If you can still find them (I suspect they were all deleted) you are welcome to them.  You may also use the posts on this board if you find them useful.  As I have said, I wish no one who honestly invested in MMTE harm or ill will.  However, when I returned to the MMTE board and found wild stories that could not possibly be true posted there, I did contact William myself for the truth.  If you were sucked into this BS, I am sorry for you.  Until the Overcash lawsuit, William had never lied to me.  But the lies regarding the lawsuit were completely unnecessary, and Brian knew this as well.  Brian said William become a totally different person after this lawsuit, and he wanted nothing more to do with him.

My comments about the moderators on IFlub stand.  Both William and Brian warned me and DiiDii about NOS and his brother StraightTalkAlways.  They strongly suggested we ban them from the Google board when I moderated that board, and told me they were professional traders (flippers) and con men.  I did ban them while I was moderator there, but mspzoom (Kurt) did not want them banned.  He told me they were his personal friends.  Try to imagine my shock when I returned to the MMTE board after my lengthy absence and found that so many regarded him as a God.

I will help you and others with my thoughts and opinions, but I am sick to death about everything else.  I firmly believe the real crimes were perpetrated by moderators and pumpers on IFlub.
