Phase 2 CD-10 trial was an observational trial purpose was to find best primary endpoint for phase 3 cd-10.
Major differences in time needed to prepare data from cd-10 phase 2 and CD-12 phase 3 where all endpoints were hand selected and 28 day mortality is probably the quickest endpoint possible to gather and prepare. Now it may take some time to get all the secondary endpoints but you can bet the ranch FDA OWS will have that mortality breakdown this weekend as it does take 24-72 hours from the 28th day to lock in data and unblind.
My educated guess would be that many many things will happen behind the scenes that take time like government purchase orders, distribution, increased manufacturing etc....I don’t expect a PR today but Tuesday next week not out of question for mortality data alone, also now that data is unblinded it can be shared with the other 4+ countries and purchases could happen if FDA OWS does not act quick enough for Cytodyns liking. Wouldn’t want to be on sidelines when the first major PR comes out because there will be huge gap up and more PR’s and media to follow driving it higher and higher. Exciting times ahead for all longs.
