There are more whites than blacks in the population, so.
Per capita is the only way to compare different sized groups....that's why that statistical tool exists....and on the basis more blacks are shot by police relative to their population.
That said, do you think all of the shooting's of white people were 'good shoots'?
Do you believe there are ANY bad cops out there?
