You bring up a good point. CCR5delta32 fatigue!!! Does anyone know if the receptors will fatigue and please show your work. At 20% degradation of 1% of the approximately (depending on the source) upwards of 10% of the population with this depletion would we see any affect on trial unblinding? This could be a game changer.
