That would leave Trump/Pence at the Corporate Head and Cabinet (Board members) sole Corporate Officer's.
If Trump is taking the company private.
That makes the present Senate and House (Powerless) as well as the courts....
It takes 30-90 days to go public...In the meantime the FED dollar would be in Receivership.
