I think there exists a scenario wherein the NASDAQ has told us the specific equity requirement needed, and predicated approval on successful trial data.
I am just throwing this out there as pure conjecture, but its possible that we get the data, remedy the equity issue and are uplisted before we get EUA (or just after)
Again, no reason to think this is true, but I think its possible. Sure would be fun.
