Isn't the real issue that he has no news right now to share in an attempt to maintain the momentum? The Chinese just paid $100k to extend the payment schedule for the $5 m up front money. If the $5 m was going to be available in the next day or two, don't you think that deal would never have been made? What that $100k payment meant to me is the Chinese partners are having a hard time getting approval to pay GNBT (and I strongly suspect the CCP is behind the resistance). If I'm correct, then it may be a week or a month (or more) before that payment will be made, and Joe can PR it.
