WRFX DD with links and screencaps - I've been digging around for a couple days and thought I'd share what I came up with...
First, imo, WRFX is a good candidate for getting current this quarter if not next, which is why I got some shares (I’m focusing on Current or likely-to-get-current stocks this year for the most part). CEO Mick Davis has a court date w/ the former CEO on Feb. 21 of this year (see press releases at the bottom of my post for lawsuit discussion by current management)—it’s case number 19STCV37275 in Los Angeles Superior Court. To clarify, I saw on the board the suggestion that WFRX CEO Davis was the plaintiff, but Davis/WRFX is the defendant—this is the lawsuit Davis has said in press releases is egregiously frivolous, and which is finally having its day in court. Anyway, the court date on the calendar is forward progress imo. I think Mick Davis would have settled the lawsuit long ago if there was any doubt he’d win a judgement or if he didn’t intend to move forward with WRFX. Re: delinquent financials, WRFX issued PRs in 2019/2020 about conducting a forensic audit and anticipating filing financials (see below towards the end of my post)—with covid-19 I’m not surprised this process was sidetracked.
As for being an active company, Paranotek tweets regularly about issues related to their mission/products (including a tweet today). I fully understand that's just one small possible indicator that someone's driving the WRFX bus.
Much more importantly, Paranotek has one App that’s currently available on the App Store & Google Play (and another very interesting proprietary encryption private messaging app in the pre-launch phase). The app that's already availabe, Punchzee, had its most recent substantial update Nov 6, 2020, and there was another update before that in Oct. 2020—which imo clearly indicates the company is active and working on its products.
Of course there’s no guarantee Davis will bring this current, and I wouldn’t fault anyone for exercising caution—we all have to make our own risk/reward calculations based on our respective assessments of available information.

WRFX is pursuing legal action and describes in great detail some of what they were dealing with. “I am confident that the team will prevail although we are more than (6) six months behind our original rehabilitation estimate of WRFX due to the obstinance and lack of cooperation by the former founder and CEO.” They conclude: “Next Expected Transformation Outcome: Corrected and up to date financials for OTC Markets, corrected securities private placement memoranda, directors and officers liability insurance then symbol change.”
