I couldn't agree more P. My theory, and people can take it for what it's worth, is this. I don't think it's the numbers that are holding up the fins. Let's be honest, it's a small company and any accountant with a calculator could balance the books in a week.

So let's look at the options.

1. The whole thing is bogus and all the bashers are right. If that were the case, why are we trading higher? Matt and maybe some friends would have sold out, the phone would be off and this thing would be at .0001 or no bid. Obviously that's not happening.

2. My belief is that material events are holding up the fins. In other words, Matt is waiting for these event(s) to conclude so he can enter them into the fins as side notes. For some reason he wants them to be done and in the bank before tipping his hand. Am I right? Time will tell.

I do know this. The value of my account went up this week and with zero news!

I do agree with everyone's frustration level. Sooner or later Matt is going to have to put up or shut up.

Just my humble opinion. Everyone has a different patience level and we'll all have to decide for ourselves. For now, I'm holding.
