I dont remember the exact formula but ZNOG has mentioned it in their publications somewhere -if you buy DSPP they take an average of low and high pps for the day -and a remote possibility for another day or so

all other recent =2020- option executes showed a pps of 1 cent[ the option price]

we've been debating the slew of unusual form 4's-see https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ZNOG/disclosure

but the recent form 4 transactions show a pps of .915 instead of the 1c pps option execute price

which at first led me to believe these were purchases in addition to whatever options they have although the table 2 they filled out is for derivative securities like options

typical past option executes were like this
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=143...ahj0IqExth
showing 1c pps option execute and filling out both table 1 and 2

the recent form 4's -all the ones i looked out - were like this
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=146...ahj0IqExth
showing an exercise price of .915, filling out table 2 (used for derivative securities like options but not filling out table one which logically would be used for open market or similarly priced DSPP transactions)

until they get the all clear perhaps they are just exercising a superabundance of caution-is the only logic i can see if these purchases are actually exercising options

i'm definitely NOT an expert on options but i've read 10's of thousands of forms and dont remember seeing this situation before-paying something akin to market price while exercising options-as the point of options is for most companies to subsidize officer and director salaries while conserving cash to the corporation

or perhaps somebody made a mistake on all the recent form 4's -but i doubt that-especially as we've been debating this issue and i assume they have somebody read the boards

tisdal has had thoughts on this also- i will wait for him to pose such- anybody else have thoughts on this matter?
