Thanks for the apology! Let's just agree to disagree on the Phillipines EAU requirements. I agree that NP was brilliant in lining up an appropriate agent in Philippines to work on Cytodyn's behalf, but I don't agree that Executive Order 121 contains the requirements of filing for EUA. Instead, it is Circular 2020-036 dated December 14 that was specifically promulgated in furtherance of EO 121 dated December 1. And one of the filing requirements listed in the Circular relates to NP's brilliant move:
Article VI (C) (2):
"Valid License to Operate (LTO) as Drug Importer, with copy of the exclusive distributorship agreement with the manufacturer of the drug or vaccine,"
So the Circular mentions the above AND mentions the need for EUA from the origin country. But again, let's just agree to disagree; we are both on the same side here.
