Let me make this clear from a clinical view point. I currently have 29 intubated covid pts and an additional 33 in the ICU with the rest of the 234 covid pts in make shift step down units. We have the currently available mabs and NO ONE uses them. We are screaming for a clinical therapeutic that works for mortality reduction bc we currently have none. The Biden administration starts in 10 days and w/ any significant mortality reduction we will have EUA within wks if not sooner. My patients lives are betting on it and so am I.
