I agree that RO is a powerful tool. However, it is the effect of leronlimab RO in the various applications that will matter.
I drank all the kool-aid and jumped in with both feet after reading Dr. Patterson's May 5 manuscript. Again, I read it repeatedly and harassed a physician friend to understand what I was missing and where the holes or flaws were.
His answer is that there were none.
Nonetheless, he cautioned me repeatedly that brilliant research does not guarantee success in clinical trials.
Thus, I'm not trying to me negative about RO data. It has been mentioned here repeatedly that the FDA does not care the MOAs.
I'm just reaffirming my understanding that trials will be successful and leronlimab approved on results, irrespective of the RO data and other demonstrations of the MOA.
