No PR that the have received and locked the data.
No PR that they are analyzing the data.
Absolute radio silence until the top line results are available.
Then immediately when the top line results are available, they should request an immediate trading halt for news pending.
Then, prepare a killer PR about the top line results and issue it.
Let the chips fall where they may with regard to the shorts being burned by immediate margin calls.
Only exceptions to the radio silence before top line results should be either a Nasdaq uplist, approval by a foreign government or actual sale of vials to other countries.
