Had some ettouffee for lunch. Its one of the better seasons we have a had in a while. We did 4 sacks a week ago and they were a great size. They are 3 or 4 dollars a pound right now. I remember when they were 1 dollar a pound. I guess thats everything though. Its not the crawfishes fault our dollar isn't worth anything.
