No, the situation is extremely desperate right now. Most of those who are comfortable in their homes and are not infected, and who have not had a family member or a close loved one die, are either in denial or are deceived by hope. Hope is a great thing, but it can cause harm. Some friends refuse to significantly alter their behavior in ways in which they clearly should and we see too many folks with obviously casual and blatant ignorant attitudes toward the virus, I could go on and on. One certainty is that Leronlimab is way way overdue as needing to have been approved. We also need NVAX and JNJ vaccines asap. And other therapeutics to be approved.
