This is the final time I will mention this here, but the date they finished over-enrollment of CD-12 was December 16th. (The December 15th announcement only mentioned full enrollment of 390 patients, but for whatever reason, they actually continued enrollment for another day with another 4 patients).
The byline of the Christmas Eve PR stated:
And, the January 8th 10-Q stated, on last sentence of first paragraph on page 31:
I'm done correcting people on this, believe the earlier PR if you want, but I will continue to believe the later PR containing additional information than the first PR, as well as the later filed 10-Q.
The byline of the Christmas Eve PR stated:
