Actually I can’t imagine the market will realize

Actually I can’t imagine the market will realize the NGIO value of $500M+ until NGIO is trading. What has GNBT accomplished to warrant buying up GNBT with just a piece of paper saying our asset is worth $500M+? I believe NGIO needs to trade to show the value on the market, then GNBT gets moving. But GNBT still needs to get rid of going concern, so they need cash for 12 months. They will need to sell some shares of NGIO to get that money. Otherwise they will need to go to oasis and sell more GNBT shares to them at these ridiculously low prices to get that money. The best way is to sell some NGIO shares once trading.
