Fantastic information Kgem. Hadn't thought about being able to avoid the taxes. Thought it was a given I'd have to pay 20- 50%. I read a fair amount about it today and as long as its done correctly, it seems to be legal.
Needing to do this....is of course is dependent on Doc getting us current and this "Conglomerate " being worth as much as has been talked about
