You are spot on especially # 4. Part of the certification process will be if ALL unblinded patients followed the protocol i.e. exclusion and inclusion data, secondary endpoints documented and look for outliers. It can be an exhausting task and PI's have many other responsibilities, I hope they push this to the top of their "to do list". You are right by the time it gets to Amarex the data will still be unblinded. That is why I gave my timelines very doubtful EUA is granted on day 29, as some have suggested.
