I want to remind everyone of this:
It seems like they might already have an idea on how they are going to set this price.
I'm really not that worried about this as we finally have this going now. Before everything was speculative. Now, there is an actual dollar value and they are setting a PPS to list. We don't know how, but it seems like they do have something in the works.
Remember also, they just received 100,000 from the Chinese deal and they will be receiving another 5 million as well. So, we know the valuation will keep going up from now until February 5th as well. So, Joe said upwards of 500 million, add 100,000 then add another 5 million at least then whatever comes on top of that.

This third-party valuation report is the last piece of information required to enable us to set the price per share to meet the standards for the Nasdaq.
