Might one better think in terms of probability vs all or nothing?
Like what is the probability that DECN has gone quiet until something concrete happens?
What is the probability that nothing IS going to happen?
I would say that the probability that anything posted on a Penny stock board is actually true to be low. The more passionate the poster the more probable they are a shorter, certifiable or just paid by the post. I also think the probability of what is said in a penny stock PR to be just as true to be very low. I think the probability of a penny stock to be legit is very low so I'm not usually disappointed. All one needs is one out of ten to succeed to make the whole Sand Hill VC concept to be successful.
That being said I would agree that the longer this drags on without a PR (?) the less probable that anything will come of this company.
FWIW I have 15k of restricted stock as well as some unrestricted stock. I think that the probability that those shares will ever get the restriction lifted is low.
