All things being equal, I'd love it if he waits until the acute unrest has died down, after 1/20. That way there's more oxygen for UNVC to take up, iykwim. People will have more ability to focus. On the 6th there was a CC for another stock I'm in and I clean forgot about it as I was glued to the coverage of the Capitol mishegas.
