As Seen On TV

1.) Probable: As seen on the Two Minute Drill which is on Bloomberg.TV and other media

2.) Possible: Verb is about to do a media blitz including TV commercials. That one they have looks very professional when you watch it.

3.) Not out of the question: Verb did a deal with As Seen on TV, Inc.

"As Seen on TV, Inc. identifies, develops, markets and distributes consumer products. The Company assists entrepreneurs to introduce products into the consumer market."

They have 1000's of products.

"As Seen On TV is a generic nameplate for products advertised on television in the United States for direct-response mail-order through a toll-free telephone number. As Seen On TV advertisements, known as infomercials, are usually 30-minute shows or two-minute spots during commercial breaks. "

But wait, there is more...

"Are you looking for the hottest brands and products you've seen on TV? Shop QVC for infomercial items in the product categories you know and love including wellness, kitchenware, food, home décor, and more. Purchase your favorite items from television with confidence, since every order you make is backed by QVC's legendary customer service and convenient 30-day return policy. Now's the time to take the plunge on those As Seen on TV items you've always been intrigued by.

QVC offers As Seen on TV products from brands you know and in the hottest categories, including home décor, wellness, exercise equipment, fitness helpers, nutrition supplements, furniture, cooking tools, kitchenware, and more. So check out the products you've seen on TV and bring them into your home."

As Seen on TV Products
"Looking for an amazing gift for a birthday or holiday, or perhaps a treat or new gadget for yourself? The As Seen On TV collection from HSN features some of our most incredible items from a wide range of categories. From premium cosmetics and grooming supplies that will have you looking stunning on date night, to handy electronics that will make everyday tasks easier, to gear for both working out and relaxing, there's literally something for everyone in this innovative selection of As Seen On TV products.

Whether you're cleaning the garage or cleaning yourself, preparing for work or preparing a snack, you'll enjoy using brilliant items from HSN . Find a great present for a friendly coworker or a personal and thoughtful item for your close family member. Browse these highly-rated items today and discover gifts of many styles and sizes for all the important people in your life."

I never thought about it until today, but As Seen On TV and Verb would be a great fit for the entrepreneurs

"A key part of QVC’s business plan is to offer items that can only be found on QVC."

"There’s no cost to be featured on-air, but TV shopping networks are different from other retailers in that they acquire goods on consignment; they do not purchase them wholesale. The cost of Perfect Pocket to QVC was $10; the shopping network sold it at $19.72 each. Inventive entrepreneurs like Ascolese get paid only after QVC sells their products."

Those are just two of the downsides to QVC. They want exclusivity and while they don't report what their cut is, the above is an example of 50%. Ouch!

Yeah, the more I think about it, I can see why As Seen on TV Products would be interested in Verb and a great alternative for the entrepreneur that does want to give up 1/2 to QVC or rights, whether now or in the near future.

What do you other investors think? #1, #2, #3 or are there more possibilities
