If we can sell...lol. Seriously, we were dividend shares of a private company, at the time. Now NGIO is public, however are our shares going to be immediately converted to common stock? I think they were with the 1 cusip number now. But if not, we may have a hold. Not saying we do, just saying we don’t know if our shares will be in our accounts at the start of trading. I think they should be like people who buy into IPOs. As long as our dividend shares are not considered a different class with restrictions. Joe has never said they were, however he has never said they weren’t either. That being said, I believe we have common shares that can be sold right away.
