I missed the tweet, but that is not a surprise. I believe ohm and MDV have discussed the risks of immune suppression with steroids.
Steroids are a double edged sword, stop a disproportionate immune response at the risk of an insufficient response.
The beauty of leronlimab, as I understand it, is immune modulation away from hyper inflammatory state without immune suppression.
