A couple of other thoughts: 1) I don't know ho

1) I don't know how much this will immediately affect our SP. But if Joe is able to keep things moving forward until 2/5 without putting shares, the slow accumulation from existing shareholders and a trickle of new investors should cause a slow and steady rise.
2) Since it appears from what we know that Joe has been able to keep vaccine progress going, he will let us know about the $5MM and further vaccine progress as it makes sense (possibly nothing until the CC?).
3) If Joe announces the IPO of NGIO on the call on 2/5, I would think it not unreasonable for the IPO to occur by the end of February.
4) Despite #2, maybe Joe is planning a separate PR with a discussion of NGIO IPO/valuation soon or at a targeted date that jives with the Road Show.
