Simple. However many shares Joe needs to retire to get a listable SP will be retired.
So we can estimate that there will be 125MM to (maybe?) 200MM shares, depending how Joe can sell the future value to potential investors. I can't see him selling a professional valuation of $500 million as more than $800MM... but I'm not a professional investor, so I hope Joe can prove me wrong.
We own ~36MM shares. So our ownership % will be markedly above the 9% it was presumed to be when Joe idealized at 400MM shares.
All IMO, of course.
