Update - Jan 8: "Happy New Year everyone!
It seems that everyone in the financial industry is "slowly" dragging back to work!!! LOL.
I just wanted to start the year with a few follow up points from last year. ( most of my statements and/or answer are as always, a compilation of what questions I receive from our shareholders).
1. We did file franchise tax with the WY state, but its one of only a few filings that you have to do by US mail.(no email or fax). so with the holidays, its taking a bit longer to clear. But just FYI, the company has up to 2 years to file, so we're fine.
2.The acquisition and other deals are moving along just fine and everyone is extremely excited because of all the new developments and "good will" blessings that we are benefiting from.
3. I'm sorry If I'm being redundant, but we are attracting a lot of new shareholders so I just wanted to repeat that , yes, we are very close to getting "current" status. last year, we had several tickers go "Current", and yet many people swore up and down that we will "never' get there!
4. And finally, concerning MJ business and Market segment, I just wanted to remind everyone that when I first pushed for us to invest and get into that market, there were only 2 states cleared, and now there are over 20...and adding on each month. So, we're on the right track!
I'll keep everyone posted and updated. But in the meantime, lets have a great year!"
