Hay County Court Case
This is not good. We don't need another lawsuit. They distract the company from it's main business & consume scarce resources (Namely time & money.)
When you had mentioned a lawsuit I thought that this might be something from the Sri era, but the fact that this was filed in July of last year means that this is a new lawsuit.
I hope they are able to settle this quickly, so the company can get back to manufacturing QDOTS & refine the QDX Health App, along with pursing other business opportunities.
Another case to monitor! I have been monitoring the Johnson County case in Kansas as a decision should be rendered soon. If I remember the court has till the end of this month to issue a decision. Hopefully, Quantum wins & it puts an end to the saga.
