$GTCH If the research of the device is successfully concluded, the Company will be required to obtain approval for use of the device from the US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). Further, following the conclusion of the research, the development of this product would require significant funds as well as the partnering with a company that specializes in the development of medical devices and obtaining FDA approval.
