One of my key takeaways from today's call - NP said that the Philippines EUA would be filed in the next 10 - 15 days, which would equate to the period Jan 16 to Jan 21. NP was a little vague in giving a reason for that delay. I believe that the Philippines does require a prior covid EAU from the country of origin before applying there. I am thinking that the data of all-cause mortality (primary outcome) will be revealed to the public a few days after the 28th day (Jan 12 or 13) has passed (while secondary outcome data will be publicly revealed a week or two thereafter). I therefore conclude that NP believes that an EAU from our country will be in hand by Jan. 21 (based just on the all-cause mortality data), thereby leading up to a Philippines EAU application being filed immediately afterwards. And the effective date of the medicare/CDC code assigned to Leronlimab is Jan 21 as well. Coincidence? I think not.
