NP clearly became agitated when asked this legitimate question. NP went on to say Cytodyn has the best scientists in the world advising them. Well where were these scientists when they selected an inferior CD10 PE and included patients with symptom scores less than 4? It was completely pertinent in light of the CD10 total symptom score PE being subjective versus NEWS2 SE being more objective. They made a big deal about this distinction in hindsight, and now in foresight they get upset when someone brings it up. I see this as a big character flaw with NP where he gets defensive, over emotional and doesn't fully listen and consider the message.
