it usually goes without saying if a company IPO's quite often then not the pps gaps substantially due to the institutional holdings that are in place. Friendly MM's need shares to make the market. So shares are given at a discount to institutional buyers before opening made avail by the company. This is why the price offering isn't even going to be what it opens at market. So while common Dick and Jane are buying on the open market at a premium hoping for the stock to move higher up, the pre market buyers have already made a substantial profit selling into them. Price continues to move up as demand outstrips supply. I've seen IPO's do this time and time again.
(correct me please if I an wrong but this is how I understand it)
So...with that said..if we are not going to IPO. then what exactly does Dr. Dalton have in mind with regards to listing?
I'm excited like almost everyone else is here how the market and share price is going to react once the news is official.
Technically, even if an 8k is released followed by a PR. The stock can still be trading on the otc. it could very well run hard now that investors know it's days away from being halted and opening on the nasdaq.
just my thoughts and opinion...I could be totally off here.
Love to hear someone elses take..
