The video is definitely worth the watching. Really helped me to understand the issues. Why would this be a state issue and not federal requirement for reporting?
If you are not at 35 or less from the test, you are not able to spreading the disease and in much lower danger, so you can tell people to go home and enjoy the rest of the week.
But for anyone under 35 like Representative Luke Ludlow, you need to be kept in the hospital over night and treated, not sent home. Also to prevent blood clotting, given blood thinners.

December 23 hospitalized stable intensive care finally give Remdesivir and steroids
Developed a blood clot, procedure to remove it, and then a heart attack in an otherwise healthy person?
Question what caused the blood clot? People already on blood thinning medications don't seem to have this problem with COVID-19.
