Sounds like we have a plan B option. NP said he's saving the current vials for US, but could sell out to other countries if he wanted to? Wonder who's bidding if this is the case...and if that's true, why are we attempting EUA in phillipines if we aren't going to sell? That doesn't make sense to me?
