87 of 390 is quite high. We shouldn't have to worry about the SOC improvement now, it's just a matter of whether or not Leronlimab works. With that high of a death number, it's quite likely there have been a lot with LL. Even if it works and increases survival, that number seems to indicate to me that this is no magic bullet.
