Specifically, Rosenblum was a director, president and executive chairman at Alliqua Biomedical Inc. from 2008–2014; Alliqua is a leader in hydrogel manufacturing technology in the wound-care sector. He was also a founder of Harborview Capital, where he led a team of strategic advisors in raising and funding more than $250 million of capital for companies.
