Amazing the narrative that there is a "hold up" when there is no evidence whatsoever that that's the case.
Most companies don't send out press releases confirming what they already said. Mr. Ehrlich said that they had approval to commence the clinical trial, and were going to do so.
It's not a matter of "prove that they did what they said they would" -- if someone wants to claim that they are NOT doing it, they should provide evidence. And there is no such evidence.
