Biloxi, those aren't correct. NASDAQ lists its initial listing requirements here:
They said last CC they were hoping to apply for the Nas Capital Market under the Equity Standard, on p. 10 of the link.
At that time the SP was lower, so Cytodyn cited the rules involved if the closing price were $2 or higher:
*** To qualify under the closing price alternative, a company must have: (i) average annual revenues of $6 million for three years, or (ii) net tangible assets of $5 million, or (iii) net tangible assets of $2 million and a 3 year operating history.
Now that the SP is over $4, those don't come into play, but the stockholders' equity of $5 million does. We had $2.7 million at the time of the last CC.
We would also have to fork over$75,000 if applying for the Capital Market plus an annual fee of $79,000.
