My suggestion was why did they give the update rig

My suggestion was why did they give the update right before the end of the year? Might have been better to hold until Monday 1/4/2021. Thought that maybe the news from last week was given then since they had more news to start with this week. Otherwise the timing of that news was maybe misplaced.
