As a guy who often clogs the boards with recipes hoping one day I’ll win a Recipe Award (It’s recipe right - not Respy - for the slowest amongst us) can we shut the f.ck up about the guy who isn’t worth naming.
Here’s an actually interesting thing my brilliant mind had not thought of before hearing the concept earlier today on TV. I had to take off my tin foil hat to get the audio to come through. Of course, America has failed and the numbers are high. Pipe down...the numbers are high.
The higher community spread numbers mean the Virus has MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO MUTATE. I hadn’t thought of that before.
Okay I said it, but for the slowest amongst us, this means, while we as Americans bitch and scream about the London cohort or the South African strain, one day the World will suffer from the San Diego vaccine resistant strain, or the the Black Hills variety.

If you were expecting a recipe suggestion, try over marinating chicken thighs in mojo and over cooking them in a cast iron skillet on pretty high heat until they smoke up the house and shrink to half of original size, to the point of burnt skin. Chop with a heavy knife. Make a pan sauce by de-glazing with something citrus and adding a bit of thyme and cream. Serve over rice. Peaches or mango with cream for dessert.
