Only a small number of EPL'S are needed for phase

Only a small number of EPL'S are needed for phase one and phase two SBIR testing. That fact is my "pat answer". If EPL passed muster and is deemed worthy of a sole source contract (funds finally available after the recent POTUS veto override) the number of units sold can increase dramatically. Wake me up after 30 business days when DoD contracting officers will have obligated the majority of those appropriated funds and I'll continue this discussion.
